I was 37 1/2 weeks pregnant with my first child, and I wasn’t feeling movement for an entire day. It was my first pregnancy so I waited until the next morning even though I’d had a nagging feeling all day/evening. I woke up in a panic the next morning and knew something was ‘wrong’ when I still had not felt the usual kicks and movements that I became so accustomed to.
It turns out my little guy also had suffered bleeding in the womb. The first year was a lot of tests and follow up visits with lots of docs, but this is my little man today. Almost five and 100% a happy, smart, healthy boy!
I truly admire what your organization does to raise awareness for this issue.
