Meghan Hughes Petty,

Tennessee Ambassador

I live in Chattanooga, Tennessee with my husband, Jamie, and living son, Oliver. Our family suffered the loss of our expected son Miles, on September 21, 2012.

Miles had an umbilical cord accident in utero (nucal cord, wrapped once) and was delivered at 40 weeks. We searched for a permanent home for our dear one where he could help others, and we were able to donate Miles to the University of Tennessee Forensic Anthropology Center.

After the loss of our precious boy, our family knew we had to DO SOMETHING to help others from experiencing the same tragedy.

Please contact us with your story and let us put you to work saving babies in Tennessee and/or North Georgia!
